What is partnering

Partnering is the organization of one-to-one targeted and programmed business meetings, thus creating mutual benefits for participants. Each partecipant can schedule tens of meetings a day, in order to create new business opportunities, such as, for example: the identification of new clients and suppliers, the start up of partnerships with universities and institutions, finding investors, identifying licensing opportunities, etc.

These meetings take place during Biotech/NUCE/Algae Europe 2011 and are set up by means of specifically created software.

Partnering@Life-Med will launch in early September. After registering in the system, participants must create their profile online. This must be as detailed as possible, in order to make identification by potential clients/investors/suppliers quick and easy. By means of key words, product lists and licensing, the software will enable the user to identify a potential candidate for meetings during the fair and send out a request for an appointment. At the same time, all registered users will have the possibility to request meetings with participants.

In order to exploit Partnering to the utmost, each participant must monitor his online account each day to check requests of meetings and those sent out.

Once participants have agreed to a meeting, the system will create your personal agenda specifying time and place of the appointment. There will be a special area set up at the fair dedicated to one-to-one meetings. Each appointment will last about 30 minutes.
